Once you have passed the impressive entrance, you have the option of driving directly to your accommodations. Do you have questions or is something not clear? Then make a stop at the Guest Service & Market. This is the guest service of the resort and here you can take a look at an atmospheric market.

A warm welcome

Before your arrival, you will receive a unique code that gives you access to the park and your accommodations. So to check in, you won't have to stand in line but can immediately enjoy your unique safari experience!

If you have any questions or need extra help, you are of course welcome at the Guest Service. You can then take a look at the attractive Market! Here you can find, among other things, small service items, souvenirs, and fresh sandwiches. You can also pick up delicious sandwiches at the Market every day between 11:00 and 15:00. You can order these in advance if you wish, so that your desired sandwich is ready for you.
